1. Responsible for the safety of the project, assist the project manager in the production safety management work, and ensure the implementation and effective operation of the safety policies and goals of the company and the project.

2. Responsible for organizing HSE management, supervision and inspection of the project implementation process, urging auxiliary units to promptly deal with hidden dangers, correct violations and dereliction of duty, and have the right to stop on-site construction in case of emergency or serious violations;

5. Responsible for outputting cementing construction reports, accident analysis reports, cementing summary and other materials required by Party A;

6. Responsible for the management and archiving of cementing design, construction report, cementing summary, customer satisfaction evaluation form and other materials;

7. Responsible for carrying out process quality control in accordance with the requirements of the API Q2 system, collecting and archiving records generated during the process;

8. Responsible for collecting single well costs and doing a good job in inventory management.
