On October 25, 2024, the Engineering and Technology Department of Xinjiang Oilfield Company, in conjunction with the oil and gas production units, oil production process research institute, emergency rescue center, and construction units such as Xinyou, Sansheng, Caifeng, Yongsheng, Xinneng, Chuangye, Haoyuan Tiancheng, and other construction units, went to the 27th Jianye Energy Minor Repair Team to observe the fourth generation complete set of automated well repair equipment on site.

The fourth-generation complete set of equipment displayed this time is a new electric and automated complete set of well repair equipment jointly developed by Jianye Energy and its holding subsidiary Zhongcheng Petroleum Equipment Research Institute in order to actively respond to the company's continuous implementation of green and low-carbon operations and continuously promote the technological upgrading and development concept of new underground operations. The entire set of equipment covers XJ 900DB-Z electric drive well repair machine, JKPT-2 wellhead automation platform, SDJ-01 pipe rod conveyor, DCJG01 blowout preventer electric operating mechanism, ZCG-1.0-150-1.5 inspection-free steam wax cleaning vehicle. Through the system cooperation of complete equipment and in conjunction with new operating processes and operating specifications, it can effectively improve operation safety, reduce fuel consumption, reduce carbon emissions, reduce labor intensity, reduce operating personnel, and help oil service enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency.

Complete set of automated well repair equipment is a major scientific and technological special project in Karamay City in 2022 undertaken by the company. So far, the company has obtained a total of 9 inventions, 45 utility model patents and 9 software copyrights around the complete set of equipment.
