Low viscosmic carboxymethylcellulose sodium salt LV-CMC
The high viscosity carboxymethyl cellulose sodium salt (HV-CMC) and low viscosity carboxymethyl cellulose sodium salt (LV-CMC) produced by our company have the basic properties of conventional products. The characteristics are: adding HV-CMC to saturated saline drilling fluid can not only improve the apparent viscosity of the drilling fluid, but also improve the dynamic-plastic ratio and static shear force of the drilling fluid, so that the drilling fluid has strong sand carrying capacity and strong ability to clean the wellbore; adding LV-CMC to saturated saline drilling fluid to reduce filtration loss is still very good. Therefore, this agent has a good effect on site, especially in the drilling fluid in the Jianghan Plain area where the salt content is high, it shows good anti-salt viscosity and anti-salt loss of filtration.

Product instructions
This product is suitable for freshwater, brine, composite brine drilling fluid and water-based drilling fluid systems with different relative densities. When in use, the product drying agent can be added slowly in the feed port or the mud circulation tank, and it is best to first make the agent into 0.8% glue solution. The feeding speed should not be too fast, keep the speed at 0.5 tons to 1.0 tons per hour to prevent the concentration from being too concentrated and cause obvious viscosity increase in the drilling fluid. This agent has a good effect when the concentration of freshwater drilling fluid is 0.3% to 0.4%; this agent has a good effect when the concentration of brine or composite brine drilling fluid is 0.5% to 0.7%; therefore, to maintain the effective concentration of the agent in the drilling fluid, the drilling fluid must be added once every 1 to 2 days of circulation, and the amount is 0.1% to 0.2%, that is, 0.1 to 0.2 tons are added to every 100 cubic meters of drilling fluid.
