Hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile ammonium salt

Hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile ammonium salt

This product is a drilling mud additive produced by artificially synthesized polymer material - acrylic. It is hydrolyzed at high temperature and high pressure, and then filtered and dried. Its main components are copolymers of ammonium acrylate, acrylamide and acrylonitrile. The product is a yellow or light brown powder that is easily soluble in water.

The advantage of this product is that it has good high temperature resistance. Since the main chain of the molecule is all carbon-carbon bonds, it determines its good performance in resisting high temperature drop filtration loss, and can resist high temperatures up to 150℃, which has certain anti-collapse ability and inhibitory properties, and has the properties of improving mud rheology and anti-salt calcium pollution.

Performance and Usage:

★ Used as a filter reduction agent for water-based drilling fluid, especially polymer drilling fluid;

★ It also has the effects of viscosity reduction and shale inhibition;

★ It has good thermal stability and temperature resistance is between 120 and 150℃;

★ The amount in freshwater drilling fluid is generally 0.3-0.8%, and in brine drilling fluid is 1.0-2.0%. In positive electric system drilling fluid (such as layered metal hydroxide) as a diluent, the amount should be determined by the experiment depending on the positive charge offset by the test, and the amount is generally 0.3-0.8%. It can also be adjusted appropriately according to actual conditions.

Packaging and storage:

The product is packaged in three-in-one composite kraft paper bags, with a net weight of 25Kg per bag; it should be stored in a cool and ventilated place to avoid exposure to sunlight and rain, and the shelf life is two years.
