Complete set of automated well repair equipment
Complete sets of automated well repair operation equipment are divided into complete sets of minor repair automation operation equipment (XJ250-XJ450 full series) and complete sets of overhaul automation operation equipment (XJ450-XJ850 full series) according to tonnage. They are mainly composed of well site automation equipment, wellhead automation equipment, two-story table automation equipment, digital drilling control room and other modules.
Electric drive well repair vehicle
The full series of electric drive well repair vehicles of XJ250-XJ450 are divided into direct drive electric drive well repair vehicles and new energy powertrain well repair vehicles according to the structure. They use a small grid of oil and gas wells with small grid power supply of 15-50kVA and lithium iron phosphate batteries to store energy, and realize 6,000-meter deep electric drive operation, reducing energy consumption of well repair operations by 80%, reducing operation site noise, and reducing operation vehicle maintenance costs.
